Welcome to LPG POSLPG POS is an app for shops that sell LPG gas cylinders. It keeps your sales, your customers' credit, your cylinder stock and your daily cash in one place, on your phone and on the web. Getting startedYou can be selling in about two minutes. This page takes you from installing the app to your first sale. The Home screenHome is your shop at a glance. It opens every time you start the app. CustomersA customer is anyone you sell to. Every customer has a ledger: a running list of their sales and payments, what they owe, and how many of your cylinders they hold. SellingLPG POS has two ways to record a sale: New sale, which has every option, and Quick sale, which is the fastest way to record an ordinary sale. Payments and returned cylindersNot every visit is a sale. Customers also pay what they owe, and bring back empty cylinders. Stock and suppliersStock is the number of filled and empty cylinders you have in your godown, by size. It goes down when you sell, up when you receive stock from a supplier, and the empties go up when customers return cylinders. Expenses, the daily sheet and closing the dayRecord an expense Reports and profitReports turn your sales, stock and expenses into numbers you can act on. Open Reports from the menu, choose a date range , and open a report. SettingsOpen Settings from the menu . Everything here can be changed at any time. Plans and subscriptionsLPG POS is free to start. A paid plan adds cloud backup, full reports and the web app. The web appThe web app lets you see and manage your shop from a computer. It is included with Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly and the free trial.
